Consultation Fee (In-Person / Online)
Up to 1 hour: JPY 10,000, then JPY 5,000 per additional 30 minutes (excl. tax)
Online and telephone consultations are also available.
* If you proceed with a formal engagement, the consultation fee will be fully credited toward the retainer.
Other Matters
- Half of the service fee plus actual expenses are collected as a retainer before work commences.
- The fees listed do not include consumption tax.
- Government fees, stamp duties, postage for document retrieval, and other actual expenses are charged separately.
- Travel and accommodation costs for distant locations are charged separately.
- Cases involving special circumstances or requiring significant time will be quoted individually.
- Matters not listed in the fee schedule will be quoted during the consultation stage.
- We are unable to accept matters prohibited by other laws.
