Beware of Impersonation Targeting Our Firm

We have confirmed cases of fraudulent communications impersonating AEGIS International Administrative Firm. These include emails, SMS, and social media messages that falsely use our firm name, our representative's name, or our logo. They have no relation to our firm. Please exercise caution.

Common Patterns

  • Use of our firm name or representative's name only in the "display name," while sending from free email services (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) or unrelated domains
  • Sender address made to look legitimate, but the reply-to address is set to a fake domain
  • Requests to create a LINE / WhatsApp business group, or to send QR codes and invitation links
  • Demands for money transfers, advance payments, registration fees, or deposits
  • Requests for personal information (residence card number, bank account, passport image, My Number, etc.)
  • Pressure to respond urgently
  • Attempts to direct you to external URLs or open attachments

How to Verify Legitimate Contact From Us

  • Our email is always sent from the @aegis-visa.com domain (e.g., info@aegis-visa.com)
  • Official website: https://aegis-visa.com
  • We will never request money or personal information without prior notice through our official channels
  • We will never ask you to create a LINE group or send QR codes / invitation links

How to Check Emails

  • Always check the "Reply-To" header, not just the sender address
  • Do not rely on the display name alone; verify the actual email domain
  • Do not click links or open attachments in unfamiliar emails
